From left to right, plum jam, apple butter, and dill-mint-cucumber lemon marmalade.
First, I started some apple butter. No pics, it's applesauce basically folks.
Second, I cut up some plums and put them in the stewpot.
After a while, they cooked down into this:
I cut the ends off the lemons and put them in the other pot with some dill:
After a bit of cooking, the insides of the lemons got soft and started to bulge out:
I'm not entirely sure the jam or marmalade is going to gel. I may have to use it for syrup or marinade or something else. So, no recipes yet. But, here's the final result:

Notice the kitchen is nearly CLEAN! Yay!
