Domesticity!

I was going to go up to Tulsa and shop with my mom and uncle, but since the house is a pit and I *still* have to make apple butter (and I'm no longer spraying snot everywhere) I decided to stay home.

So, off to the store to get stuff for:

*apple butter
*muffins to take to work
*waffle stuff (I'm bringing breakfast on Christmas morning)
*maybe something for some kind of cake?
*meatball ingredients for dinner-- meatballs and jambalaya
*munchies, maybe!

That's what's on the mint extract I put a spoonful of in the apple butter. (One batch of, anyways. Nine pounds of apples.)

Whew! Good stuff! Though for lesser amounts of cooking, I think it ought to be used with an eyedropper.
