New mixer!

I think I've mentioned inheriting my grandmother's Sunbeam stand mixer-- well, I took it for a spin tonight and made mashed potatoes to go with pot roast and baby carrots (made in the crock pot this afternoon).

Apparently I can cook pretty well, as there is much rubbing of full tummies.

Now I just wish I had time to lie down before work!
