I went to the knitting store for needles and got talked into a different size of needles, another knitting technique for said needles (Magic Loop for those in the know) and some nifty keen GORGEOUS Noro yarn.
Yes, I was suckered in by the "It took us six months just to get on the list for them to send us one bag of this yarn" speech. But hey, it was only $8.50 and it's pretty purple and magenta and red.
