Japanese, anyone?

I'm trying to get the e-mail address of Setsuko Nakano, who teaches at the English Department of Otsuma Women's University in Japan. I met her a few years ago at the Celtic Congress (she has done the only translation of the Mabinogi into Japanese, and has written several articles on it as well), and I want to contact her on some publication possibilities. I found some info on her via a Google search, but nowhere was I able to find an e-mail address. I wrote to the website on which the info was found, and they didn't have her e-mail either, but they suggested looking at the website of the university...which is almost entirely in Japanese! So, I need help!
