Sew.

I sat down yesterday, intending to teach my stepdaughter to sew.

(Yes, she's been insisting on the distinction lately. Fine by me.)

Turns out that somehow, she already knew, or figured it out. She's used the rotary cutter and threaded her own needle and made a pillow for her bed using the overcast stitch.

I am amazed and impressed.
