Well, I had three days off in a row, and I think it was really good for me.

Sure, I felt like crap during two of those, but because I was able to sleep through it all, I think I'll be able to be up and around all this week instead of recovering from pushing myself through it.

I got a lot done, creatively; I got some sewing finished, and some planned, and some still half on the drawing board and half in my head.

I'm doing laundry now and may make some bread in a bit once it's light outside, and once I load up the dishwasher. If I time it right, I'll hit a triple-- washer and dishwasher going, bread rising, and me finding something else to do while I "work so hard."

I like my one-bowl bread technique with the kneading in the bowl.

Next week's three-day weekend promises to be busier-- I have to get my oil changed, then go down to Ada and do some paperwork stuff with my folks. I'm not looking forward to this at all, since it's a bunch of legal stuff that will basically transfer their stuff to me once they're gone.

Note to self: Print out and take my will and last wishes with me for them. That way if something happens to me and my apartment at the same time, we're covered.

OH YEAH I also have to clean off my baby laptop and take that down for my dad, as it was my trade for the big laptop. I'm a little cranky, as I like having a laptop I can use on the couch, but I'll just steal Raven's when I want to do that.

and try to keep it all the year."

Newest addition to "things that make me cry" list:

Deciding that we will have a tree at OUR house, so that I don't feel that Christmas is something that I work very hard for, so that it can happen to other people.
