Good news, bad news.

Good news: Having a trainee instead of working alone is, this time, FANTASTIC. She's smart and has common sense and knows a lot about a lot of fields that we need knowledge in. And she knows what she doesn't know. I am so happy I could SQUEE.

Bad news:

Trainee: Man, I sure wish I could kick this scratchy throat. *cough, cough*

Guess who caught whatever it is? THIS GUY. Yeah.

No pus pockets, no temp, no other symptoms, just scratchy sore throat. Bought some Mike's Hard Lemonade at the store to hydrate and maybe kill it with fire alcohol (not much, this is a 3.2 state). Going to have one, or maybe two, before I go back to sleep.

I am a total sissy when I'm sick. I made Raven open the bottle because it made my joints hurt to grip the top tightly enough to screw it off.
