I just spent 127 of my favorite dollars at the store.



3 reusable shopping bags ($1 each)
4 spools thread
1 package 3/8" elastic
------the non-grocery items total up to about $10------
5 boxes of Hot Pockets (total 10)-- generic is 3 cents cheaper but name brand rocks
2 "family pack" Hamburger Helpers, beef stroganoff flavor
1 pound bacon
12 oz. precooked bacon for sandwiches
1 box of a dozen ice cream sandwiches
1 half-gallon sherbet
1 corned beef
2 boxes name-brand mac and cheese
2 boxes microwave popcorn
1 canister of drink mix (off-brand artificially sweetened Kool-Aid type)
2 bottles spaghetti sauce
5 pounds ground beef ($2.07 a pound, WHEE)
4 cans chili
1 pound polish sausage
1 pound grated cheese
1 package swiss cheese
1 bag of 5 bagels
1 bag 5 pounds potatoes
2 cans hominy
1 bag (1 pound) black beans
1 can pineapple slices
3 pounds bananas
1 pound tomatoes
1 box (20 teabags) mint tea
1 large bag Fritos (for Frito pie)
1 six-pack of Dr Pepper in cans, because it was $1.50 and I LOVE the can taste
6 strawberry yogurts
1 tub strawberry flavored cream cheese
1 gallon whole milk
3 pounds butter

Including $9.84 in tax, because we have 8 3/4% sales tax here and it applies to EVERYTHING.
