So I got into a cooking frenzy, cut up and cooked some chicken and mushrooms in sun-dried tomato Italian dressing, then added cut-up tomato and fresh lettuce/grated carrots to pita bread. This is some awesome stuff, here (and the chicken will keep for salads for the rest of the week).

SO tasty!
