In the fridge right now:
4 3-cup containers of split pea, avocado, sour cream, and ham soup.
4 3-cup containers of tomato pesto, beef, jalapeno, and garlic soup with pasta.
On the stove:
About the same amount of a chicken, chickpea, and green onion soup to which I just added two cups of grated cheese.
Also: A loaf (i.e. a complete large cookie sheet full) of homemade pumpernickel croutons.
