No, I won't be going on the no-carb no-fat no-sugar "if it tastes good, spit it out" diet.
I don't have time for three meals a day. I'm going to eat with the family and just watch how much I eat for dinner, snack in a healthy manner at work, and confine myself to something small right before bedtime.
So far on the snack list:
Low-fat yogurt
Reduced-fat Wheat Thins for salty goodness, but measured out into portions with my trusty kitchen scale
Lite apple juice with added calcium
100-calorie snack packs
Baaaaaaby carrots
I'm missing something from the
