Fleabag (The Boy) and I are home from the vet's with kitty antihistamines and some anti-flea stuff, since his allergies are apparently acting up to the point he's scratching himself raw. (I suspect he had a flea. That's the vet's guess too. He's very, very allergic.)
He was very pleased with the whole trip down, and looked out all the car windows. The trip back was hotter because the car had heated up, but he was still very laidback about it all. The vet was impressed by his sheer size and placidity, and did in fact need BOTH hands to get him on the scale.
15.8 pounds. He's lost weight.
He 'niffed a kitty and a puppy and the sofa and the magazine rack. And the vet.
He is recuperating on the bed right now from all the excitement. He'll be begging for car rides for DAYS now.
