In celebration, or observance, or something, of NaNoWriMo, and the sound of hundreds of amateur fingers tapping out the next Shakespeare, a long and rambly list of:

I would like to thank my grandfathers, my father, and by extension the prior and current members of the U.S. Armed Forces for preserving my freedoms, including my right to vote.

I feel slightly sheepish that all I really used it for was voting against a couple of people I really didn't want to get into office, and voting for a proposal to let liquor stores sell liquor on election day.
