cheese muffins, take 2

I've redone the muffins and added something more than 1 cup of cheese, instead of the original 1/2 cup.

Not done yet, but already smells cheesier. YUM.

I seem to recall that there's a difference between

X amount ingredient, process
and
X amount processed ingredient

As in:

1 cup cheese, grated: take 1 cup cheese and then grate it
or
1 cup grated cheese: Grate cheese and measure 1 cup of it

Is this still in use anywhere?
