Since the blind people are actually touching the book, though not actually touching the cosmos (except in a metaphorical sense), the correct title for this article should be "Book Lets Blind 'Touch the Cosmos'."
(For y'all across the pond, swap the single and double quotation marks with each other and put the full stop after the last set of quotes, then get your dudgeon on with me.)
