This morning at 2AM, we did the fall rollback of an hour, leaving me with the trouble of trying to note whether something happened at 1:11AM, or at the 1:11AM that occurred an hour later.
After sleeping on it, it occurs to me that the most rational way to note it hinges on this fact: Daylight Savings Time ends at the exact moment when the clock is rolled back, that is, at 2AM.
So the time goes as follows:
1:00AM CDT (Central Daylight Time)
1:01AM CDT
1:02AM CDT
...
1:58AM CDT
1:59AM CDT
1:00AM CST (Central Standard Time)
1:01AM CST
...
2:00AM CST
So easy I could do it while doped up on over the counter pain meds. Hooray!
