Does anybody have a fairly standard muffin recipe?
I mean, one where you can swap out ingredients.
I've been looking online and keep finding these various recipes with like a 2-3 cup variance in the amount of ingredients-- all claiming that they make 12 muffins. Riiiiight.
What I'm working on right now is starting with a "cinnamon yogurt" recipe and modifying it for Roma tomatoes and cream cheese.
...did I mention I'm in a bit of an odd mood?
