My dad just called. My grandfather (mother's father, the one who is very sick) is in the ER, with trouble breathing.
He hasn't been seen by the doctor yet so we'll have an update later. I may have to go down tonight rather than tomorrow. Or something. Don't know yet.
I am still awestruck at how well my parents work as a team to handle things like this. They will be married 40 years a week from this Saturday.
