No matter how bad I feel, I have absolutely got to get stuff done today for my mental health. If I don't shower, cook, sleep, and get my legs stretched out enough that they stop cramping, AND find something fun and creative to do, I will not survive the week without a crying breakdown.
Sure would be nice if I didn't feel as exhausted as if I had the flu. All I really feel like doing is lying on the couch to read and eat, then moving to the bed and sleeping until time for work.
