Yet another Johnny story.

Subject: Women knocking on my door... finally happened.

Well I got the hell scared out of me tonight!
I was watching the new TV at 1 in the morning, and playing on the computer.
I have the stereo on and man is it life like!!!!
There was knocking that was sssssooooooo real. I looked up from my computer to watch the movie a bit, but I guess they had moved on past the knocking. BUT then there was knocking again with nothing on TV that had anything to do with knocking.
I turned off the TV.... and the knocking continued. I yelled "Who the hell is that?" More knocking. I have a baseball bat under the love seat, and I got that. I have never had trouble with kids doing this kind of thing, maybe I was due.
I turned on the outside light and opened the door... no one. While standing at the door, the knocking started again. I look around the corner, looking down wall that has the windows in my living room.

There was a little old woman knocking on my window!!! I asked her if she was OK, and she asked if she could sit down. I got her into my house and got her a drink of water. I am guessing Altimers; she was very confused. BUT she couldn't have come far, she had no shoes on and was in a nightgown and she walk like an old woman - slow and about to fall down. I kept rubbing her back and hand and asking her questions. She remembered her address in Tulsa, but said she did not know anyone in Jenks, and didn't want to go there-to Jenks Other than not knowing anything, she was fine. She got relaxed and started talking more with a laugh once in awhile. She finally said a first name I recognized. A couple of doors down. I told her to sit tight and I was going to go wake someone up. Rich wasn't happy when he came to the door, he thought it was kids ringing his door bell. So we got her back home, and all is well.

I am so glad I was up at 1am! Every, and I mean EVERY, house was dark. I guess that is why she ended up at my house, cause the lights were on. I don't know what would have happened to her. It is warm but not too hot outside; maybe she would have laid down and gone to sleep. I'm just glad she found me.

She was a delight, just scared the hell out of me is all.

So as you can imagine I am UP and wide awake!!!!!
