I did a mile straight through today without having to stop for stabby pain. I actually got to the point where it started to feel good before I ran out of breath and had to slow down. I didn't overheat or wheeze or cough up too much stuff.
Exercise. It gets you in better shape. WHO KNEW?
I got a nap on the couch earlier. I feel awesome. I got an unsolicited call from someone I care a lot about. Also awesome!
I got an email back from someone I don't know yet but we have someone totally cool in common.
Once Raven is out the kitchen I'm making some tea. Then maybe I will make bread if I feel like it.
Oh hey! If anybody wants to do the President's Challenge thing with me? It's a way of tracking how much exercise you do. You can count it in 5 minute increments. If you do 30 minutes a day, 5 days out of the week, for 6 weeks out of 8, you can get a real certificate! Yay! I'll post the info and stuff under a cut here in a minute.
I don't know what the cert says. Probably "This person has gone a step beyond buying running shoes, to actually using them, hooray."

I have a sekrit knitting project I'm working on that might be done tonight. It's a hat. I'll post pics once it's off the needle and doesn't look like crap. I am really excited about it!
