Living room:

11'8" by 19'6" = 227.5 ft^2

Bedroom #4:

9'8" by 11'8" = 112 ft^2

Bedroom #1:

23'5" by 11'11" = 280 ft^2

All three need some kind of floor treatment. *sigh* I'm looking at some awesome tile, but that's still more than 600 square feet.

Even with a budget of $2/ft^2, we're still looking at $1400, more or less.
