Going to the dentist again this morning. Maybe, hopefully, THIS will be the last trip. We're doing the same thing we did last time, but this time it's going to hurt less. I keep telling myself this, and that will make it true, right?
This time, I'm also taking my pain meds with me, so if I have to take them on the way home, I can. From my reckoning of last time, it's not going to be something that'll affect me while I'm driving, but I can take them about 20 minutes before I get home, so that they'll hit about the time I walk in the door-- and BEFORE I'm in pain.
Depending on how I feel in the aftermath, I may or may not call out for Friday. If I need the time to get caught up on sleep, I will, but if I'm feeling pretty okay by Thursday morning, I'll save that time off I'm owed for later, and use it for a three-day house project of some kind.
I have ideas on that but they'll have to wait...time to look busy.
