a) There exists a real "wordless sign" indicating that sign language interpretation is provided. It's a pictorial equivalent of the sign for "interpreter" in ASL-- two hands facing opposite directions making the American "OK" sign at each other.

b) My church has a sign up near the drive indicating that sign language interpretation is provided. It is NOT the "interpreter" sign. It's a red heart surrounding a white hand. After thinking about it a while, I think they meant to use the "I love you" sign for some reason.

Unfortunately... "I love you" is palm facing, pinky up, ring down, middle down, index up, thumb stuck out. As above. They have the thumb in the wrong place on their sign.
