So I've noticed a big improvement in my energy level with taking vitamins.
Until this morning, when I had a huge craving for apple pastry, which my grocery store has, and I bought a box of 2 and ate them both before bed.
I woke up with a miserable amount of reflux. I suspect it might be the pastry, sadly, and I might have to give up the breads for a while and see if my health improves any more.
If the stuff I love eating is making me sick, this is really going to piss me off.
