Bed's on casters, can't raise the head of the bed without risking caster-astrophe.
But I did manage to stuff a fitted sheet, folded in half, with about four laundry baskets full of winter clothes, and make a big pillow thing that I put under the mattress at the head of the bed. Go me! So the head part of the bed is raised about 6" at the very top, and has a gentle curve down to the foot. Should work fine.
Going to test it out now.
