Which reminds me of an AOL registration call I took once. Seems the caller wanted some specific services, for which he'd have to set up some hardware and configure it. I should mention here that he was speaking very... slowly.
I explained that we'd be sending him the equipment for it and offered to have a contractor technician come out and assist him with it.
"No..." he said, slowly... "I think I'll have time... to set it up... while I'm at home..."

"recovering..."

"from brain surgery."
